Ludwig Snare Help

Hello there. I'm new to the forum, and happy to have one.

I stumbled upon what appears to be a black vintage snare with some sort of gold sunburst running through the center. The badge is gold, but no serial #.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a Duco paint job, but pictures would help greatly. Be sure to include pics of the snare throw as well. Also specs on the size of the drum, material (wood, brass, etc...).
