I've got a total of 24 small Ludwig Classic lugs with all original mounting hardware that were mounted on a couple of "abused" 12" toms from the 60s. Twenty of the 24 lugs are in really nice shape, with 4 showing some "cosmetic" issues. The last two pics that are posted show the 4 lugs in the worst condition.

I'd be willing to sell the lot of 24 together, or as two separate purchases of 12 each. In the 12 each scenario, packaging would be $5.80, which is the cost for a small USPS flat rate box. I'd charge $10.00 to ship all 24 together. If interested, please feel free to drop me a PM with an offer that you consider reasonable. I haven't seen enough of the small Classic lugs to come up with a price to attach to this post. Sorry about that.
