My point was simply that the re-issue Oyster Pink was made in a different manner than the original stuff and doesn't look exactly the same as the old stuff, regardless of where it came from. I'd want to know which type they were offering to make before committing to buying any.Someone could still have it done the old way if they sensed there was enough of a market for it though. They still do the 60's vintage OBP using the original method. The new mod orange is made the old way and I think the recent Blue/Olive oyster was done that way as well, as are the various onyx style wraps. Oyster Pink could likewise be re-created closer to the original but the minimum order to do so represents a steep financial hurdle, even if it is only 90 sheets.

IMO: The pink oyster everyone knows and digs these days is the pink oyster they see, half faded out.
Just like the re-issue pink oyster from 2009.
As for trying to do an exact match of the original pink oyster, Delmar could match the colors bit not the pattern. Kinda like the new mod orange.
