ludwig parts needed

ive got a 12" clubdate tom and need most all the hardware for it...this is a mid 60's 8x12 and i need NICKEL hardware. i need the following:

6- bowtie lugs and mounting bolts (no longer needed)

12-tension rods

2- 12" 6 lug hoops

1- red felt arm only for baseball bat muffler (no longer needed)

1-diamond spade tom mount and hardware

would take a 12" calf batter head if any of you have one to sell.

i'd also consider a complete project drum if it had these parts and wouldn't break the bank.

I have a Blue Sparkle Club Date 8x12 w/ 6 nickle bowties and one nickel hoop. #263xxx. Above hdwe in nice condition.

I also have 6 nickel tension rods, but they're not too sporty. It's possible I have more rods, but would have to check.
