Looking for a Ludwig P-84 snare strainer for a 1960s Downbeat snare. I actually have the backplate, but need the other two parts (face plate and tension adjustment knob) pictured on the right in the photo below.

I'd also be interested in a drop-in replacement - any brand will do - without having to make any mods to the drum.
