Hey, Mark! I think I'll let things alone for the time being. I'm sure I'll get used to the strainer in time. Maybe it's just because I'm not used to it. I'm an old dog and sometimes, I need to be reminded that it is possible to learn new tricks! Thanks for everything, my friend! Brian

I went back to past purchases on Ebay and according to the seller, the model number is LR-719. Thanks!

Hi Brian!

OK, I remember this snare drum from a previous post from you. Yes, Ludwig import LR-719! Don't worry about replacing the strainer. Just use the drum as-is and enjoy!

Yep. Mine is a P-82 without the plastci. I'm grateful for that. LOL!

Hey, Mark!

There's a throw-off on Ebay that looks the same. It listed as "Ludwig Accent Snare Drum Strainer/throw off & 2 mounting bolts" from bayvess. This seller states the mounting holes are 2 3/4 inches apart. Does this help?
