As the title says! Three of 'em.
Ludwig Nickel Floor Tom Brackets
What kit? There are 3 different ones depending on year.

Oh, I'm not even sure what all the different ones are. But definitely with the wing tightener and not the hex; that they all match and have nickel finish are the key qualifiers...
deepsoul-
the bolt holes for the mounts are same, but the early 60's-early 65 used the mounts that has the thread cast into the mount itself. an eye bolt(threaded wingnut) goes into it. these strip pretty often.
then they introduced the more conventional model that accepts a hexnut or wingnut that goes onto the stud itself. they used these for years. I think the first design of these were 1/4 threads and then they switched to the 5/16 threaded model.

Hmm...that is all confusing to me. :)
Where does this one land on the timeline: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Early-60s-Vintage-Ludwig-Floor-Tom-Leg-Bracket-Cymbal-Arm-Mount-/221318449467?pt=Vintgae_Drums_Percussion&hash=item33879b893b
Puts it in the early 60's like Mike stated.
