There is one on Ludwig`s website. They still sell speed kings and parts, I believe the HH is also in that section. Someone here once linked me to it not long ago so I know there is one.

That might be the one I saw,...and the way it shows to me, the chain assembly might include both attachment ends. Now that brings find a chain assembly to see.
