got it together today after detailing. the shell is in perfect condition. has a beautiful clear maple interior. it is 4 ply. mine also had the plastic lugs. I put them up for safe keeping. one had a crack in the casing already. it had the long legs on it, but I am missing one. I had an extra set of short matching legs for it. ive only seen one other set with metal lugs, and it had nickel. so, that's what I went with on this one(thanks backbeatkeeper!). I did decide to use the longer chrome inserts from the plastic lugs in the nickel lugs. the hoops had some bad cancer on them, but I got them cleaned up as good as they can be for now. a few of the long tension rods were also bent and had to be straightened. so who said Ludwig never made a 16" clubdate floor tom!!lol...the before pic with the plastic lugs is the original sellers pic, btw.

Looks nice Mike. Those legs are so long its silly, you could play the drum standing up no problem.

Thank you!
