This is a 12x14 L&L tom with a tact bottom head. It would seem that someone decided to spray paint this black. It is missing two of the original clips it looks like. The two unoriginal clips on it now look to be homemade but actually do the job. One side on the inside of the shell had some greasy residue on it. I wiped it down but you can still see its darker. Shell seems to be in round from the top at least. The bottom head seems to be tact on well still. I don't have much experience with these tact on heads so please ask question.
