Thank you!
#1. You have a Supraphonic snare drum in EXTREMELY pitted condition.
.
COA and my acid from fingerprints. It has been flaking fo 42 years. Like bread crumbs. But the sounds(snaps)... Original stand!?
.
#2. The toms are missing the bottom rims -which ALWAYS means that DETAILED and in-focus pictures of the bearing edges are required. Because many times, the bottom edges get chewed up from being "exposed" so-to-speak. If the edges are bad, the value is really diminished.
.
Stripped by the first owner/user. Since Oct. 1968 I have personally moved, placed, stacked and transported these drums. They have never slid around inside a truck on there edges. I know the pics are rough. I'm workin on it.
#3. The toms are missing the bottom lugs.
.
Ok, I may have lost and/or removed then lost hardware. I don't remember from what kit... I know I stripped down the mystery gold sparkle(5ply?) kit to look like the downbeat.
.
#4. The bass drum hoop is missing.
.
My fault. I remember the hoop... And the one on the drum is rough. My one contact point with a big foot.
.
#5. The tension rods to the front hoop are missing.
.
And the chrome is all rough.
.
The Ludwigs are nice sizes and they could be made to be a lot nicer if they are properly cleaned and all the proper parts replaced.
.
1.The kit is my baby(there I said it). How many new Burgundy Ludwig Super Classic Downbeat kits with upgrades, stamped Dec. 7,1966( I did not wash the floor tom), Sold, Stripped, Used in one or more large/LOUD venues and then left behind can there be. Is "For Sale" the correct forum for that question???
2. I say this directly as a drummer. The sounds from these drums. Parts or no parts... You can't find it.
3.Thank you all for your attention and replies.
