I have this hoop leftover from a failed project. It an 18" chrome triple flange 8-lug hoop from a late 70's Ludwig marching drum. Chrome is in good shape and it seems to me true.

If you're just going to throw it away, would you send it here for cost of shipping? I have an 18" Vista floor tom with a Pearl Superhoop that would be neat-o to replace with the real thing.
