Hoping someone might have a:

15" Ludwig nickel over brass triple flange hoop

Old marching drums that are in rough condition. Preferably drums that have shells with no hardware going through the shells.

and now for my hail Mary searches

An original (not the newer reproductions) Gladstone 3 way drum key

A WWII or earlier set of marching drumsticks with the drum key built into the butt end of the stick. The only examples that I can find are German or from that area but I have heard stories that there were some post Civil War sticks with similar designs.

I would also be interested in any other older odd, unique or hard to find drum keys.

Hi, I've got a few (3 or 4 I think) old Pioneer or Universal modal 25.5"x12"-ish Ludwig bass drums. Got hoops for 2 of them and some rods (the rods are a mixed bag of several sets not all ludwig).

Also a very old George B Stone shell only that is about the same diameter but shallower 8" maybe. Let me know if any of that's of interest and I'll gather up and take some photos.
