You have to contact well-known collectors; Mike C, BunE, etc. Shoot them a pm and ask if they have one in their stash that they are willing to part with. When those drums come up for sale, they are instantly scooped up. Collectors would be your best bet.
You do know that you're looking at an $800 to $1200 price-tag for the drum you seek?
