Please pardon my ignorance, but last year I purchased a unique Duplex brass snare with wood hoops that has 9 lugs. It is dual tension (mercifully) but is missing a single tension rod. From what I understand, the t-rods from about 1900 that Duplex used were an in-house thread. Regular t rods will not work. I'd be happy with one, but if someone had a few they wanted to part with, that would be great.

Other considerations are custom sized heads - the shell measures 14 1/4" across (!)
