Local DC area Ludwig find

So found this awesome all original kit in my local area. It has factory heads, all chrome hardware, no mods, all stamps, close serial numbers, factory heads, and really just seems as though it was never played much.

Great find, man! Was this on the DC area craigslist? I’m in the Dulles area, so I’ll monitor the DC Craigslist from time to time. There actually was a Champagne Sparkle Club Date near me in Sterling, but it seemed to be in rougher shape, with the floor tom hoop and head missing.

Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

This was on eBay. Looks like another is being sold by Richard so maybe he bought that one?

Thanks! The Champagne Sparkle kit is still for sale, so I think Richard’s might be a different one.

Classy kit! They look happy to have an owner that will play with them.

Stop stringing and tuning your instrument, make music now.
