I don't believe I'm going to say anything about it. What I will do is ask you how you distinguished this particular set as a left handed model? That would be the genesis of this ... line.

For badged toms on post mounts, you would have to turn the toms badge inwards ( I know, no biggie ).

If the mounts allowed for a flip, then mufflers would be on bottom, and badges upside down.

For a rail mount, it would probably work better for lefties if placed right-of-center on the bass.

Exactly...on a double tom set up for rogers... the logos will be on the wrong side of the drum. In the 70's they started to put logos on both sides of the drum to make them more "universal". On a single tom set up, the collet will be on the opposite side toward the center when you orient the bass drum logo forward. The knobbie for cymbal will also be on the wrong side, but down lower. . My question was there are obviously less of these, but does that make them more valuable or just harder to sell? Mark in San Diego

If they were put that way from the factory, then that would infer a bit of left-handedness. Intriguing. My guess is these would just be a bit more difficult to sell. I can't imagine there would be an increase in market value. Sort of like the left-handed can opener. Rare for sure. Increased value? - questionable.
