Leedy 1960 Black Diamond Pearl Kit

Loading...

Hi,

I have a vintage Leedy Black Diamond Pearl Drum Kit that was purchased in 1960. The kit is 13/16/22 and it is in very good condition. I am the original owner. I also have the original Leedy Snare that came with the kit, and it is stamped 1958 in the shell. I was interested in finding the value of this set, as I was considering selling it? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Howie

You probably need to resize the pics before posting...

I use this site for that:

Here is how you post pics:

There must be something about Leedy Black Diamond Pearl sets and guys named Howie. here's my 1963 Leedy set configured as 9x13, 16x16, 14x20, and matching Shelly Manne snare drum. This would be the one drum set I'd keep if I had to divest myself of all but one set. I hope that you can figure out how to post pictures of your drums.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

Man I love the Slinger Leedy's. I'd buy that but already have a killer Ludwig Club Date in BDP.

I have attached photos for years now and I have never received an icon like this one from this website, when I attempted to post my drum photos............... " Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

That is a new one for me!

Attaching photos for years? It looks like your first post was yesterday...You need to resize your pics...Trust me, if you resize them, it will work...There are Forum restrictions on size...

Cheers

when I said for years I obviously was not talking about this website, lol. I am aware I just started posting yesterday, lol. What I was meaning to say was that the same photos have posted to other sites "as is". If I have to resize them for this website I will.
