Black 3 piece Ludwig drums 20, 12, 14 with old Wfl snare stand. B/O badge serial # 948772 leads me to believe this a 1978 kit. The interior of the shells are painted flat black. The snare I think is a Japenese type stencil maybe a crown as mentioned by one of the drum gurus from an earlier post. The high hat cymbals are very thin Ruether 14", one of the others is a Nuvader 15" and the last one I was unable to identify. All hard ware is in place, Black wrapped shells are tight very light rust here and there, nothing that couln't be refurbished by interested party. This kit is used but not abused. Any offers or advice as to what I might ask on e-bay or Craigslist would be very appreciated.
Late 70's black Ludwig 3 pc.
Clean them up, sell the shells, I would ask 450, maybe 500 for the Luds and take best offer. Thise are desirable sizes, but the 6 ply shells have an impact on value. The hardware, tom mount more specifically, is not from the 70s. it is a Modular tom mount, unless it was retrofitted. The snare is a Pearl, and worth about 30-40 bucks as is and the cymbals maybe 75 for all. I would definitly seperate them and sell the Ludwig and WFL all together. If you list it all in one, you may scare off any serious Ludwig candidates as they probably won't want to take the other non-Lud stuff anyway.
I would be interested in the cymbals, if someone else could concur on the value first, or if you are comfortable with that value. Could you post pix of the cymbals, please?

Jonnistix , here are a few pics of the cymbals the top 2 are thin Ruether 14", the other smaller one isn't identified but is also fairly thin 12", the last one is a Nuvader 15". At this point I am just gathering a little feed back as what to do with them. I absolutley appreciate your comments and will probably take your advice about breaking this up a little. After viewing the cybals let me know if your interested or if you need better pics. I wish I could post closer better pics but The site limits the quality .
Thanx, Tee Pazz
