How much do you want to spend?
And why would you choose large diaphragm instead of small diaphragm?
If money is no object, a pair of vintage, Neumann U-47's in a good sized room is amazing.

NT-5's are awesome.
They are SDC's (small diaphragm condensors)
Also look into the Earthworks SC-25's.
They come in the Earthworks drum mic kit.
They sound great.
