anyhow,, can anyone identify this stamp? like how old and such..

the seller claims it is a 14 crash ride but....hmmmmm??!!??!!

and would this make a good hi hat cymbal?

That is genuine. But not a crash-ride. It's a marching band cymbal. Too heavy for drum set use even as a hi-hat. It's worth about $150.

Yes I know that cymbal well, the seller has a history of poslishing everything he lays hands on. It's not a true 14" either it's a 14.5" and very heavy
