Kamala cymbals?

Loading...

I kind of like old trashy cymbals like Zyn and Krut and their likes. They sound awful and are almost never playable but I still get them from time to time. Recently I was approached with the possibility of buying a cymbal named Kamala. It is supposedly mede in England. Has anyone ever heard of it? Unfortunately I donĀ“t have any pictures of it yet.

I have some of these, other than made in England, I know nothing more.

An off shoot of Zyn perhaps?

I just got a pair of Kamala 15" hihats - lovely vintage, trashy sound. They look & sound a lot like my Ludwig Standards. Never heard of them before & looking for more info...

It's just another one of have a dozen or so stencil brands, made exactly as the regular Zyns are made and by the same group of Italians. They were just marketed in other countries under various other names.

Punk bands love Zamala. I have a rare 25" crash or should I say "thrash"
