Hi, Just joined the forum. Been going through my cymbals and would like to know if anyone can help me date this 12 3/4 inch diameter ( measured from underneath) [COLOR="Blue"]K ZILDJIAN & Ce constantinople trademark. [/COLOR].

Earlier than 1940 is all I can say without a trademark.

O.K., that's an earlier one than I expected. Probably late 1920's early 1930's. Dating these Constantinoples accurately is not yet possible. But the accuracy of the other parts of the timeline are much better.

Thanks for the reply. I was not expecting an accurate dating, just an idea of when it was made. If you do happen to pin it down to a particular year, that would be great, however I am happy with your reply.
