Don't make me get the nun with the ruler to do a number on your knuckles.
The photo is indeed from p00der2's site. The cloth pattern on the couch is hers, as is the snare. I recall seeing it listed several times. I think this one warrants a report to the authorities at ebay. In fact, I think I will report it as a fraud. And even though I don't care for her, she should be notified that there is fraud afoot.

This cat bought something from pooder on May 27th......
Maybe he is using the pics only...........??
FredixDrums, sorry you're unhappy with the drum, hope you find what you're looking for.
As a seller myself, I have to say it is frustrating when other sellers use my photos. It is very expensive and time consuming to take photos that look nice, and they have a "look" to them that allows others to know they are yours. I knew immediately that these were p00der2's shots.
Not only are the photos someone else's intellectual, legally protected property, but also many scams occur each day on ebay, and recycled photos are usually the first red flag.
Did p00der2 grant permission to use the photos? If not, I would recommend taking your own photos of the drum.
Not trying to be the ebay police, or a pain, but just trying to help you avoid some trouble.
Thanks,
Bill
good point Bill!
nice drum.
but not $THAT$ nice.
;)
That's right, kevins. I bought this drum from p00der on May 26 and she left me a positive feedback on May 27. If in doubt, check directly with p00der. The photos, I admit. are recycled, as I'm too lazy to take new ones. I'm selling this drum because it's a different sound that I'm looking for. I'm a drummer not a collector so I have very specific requirements. I am planning to buy a Gretsch New Classic Brass Snare instead. Happy bidding! flowers2
That is good news FredixDrums !!....
I will just third the notion that taking your own pics would be a good idea.
That's a nice drum !!
