Just googling Jay Bellerose yields a Modern Drummer article in which he says that he played a 1943 or 44 Slingerland Rolling Bomber kit on the Raising Sand sessions and tour.

It's true that the motto here is "ask a question, get an answer." But to paraphrase the old saying, the experts are more likely to help those who help themselves.

For what it's worth I believe Phil Collins to be a Gretsch man... Zildjian too but I have no further details and that info may be outdated.
