It has been said that out of 13,000 members about 45 of them are regulars. So if the 45 regular users ( I consider myself as a regular) just need to chip in ten bucks a year. That is if the 500.00 per year operating cost is accurate. I would assume the recent changes to the software/hosting or what ever you call it is above and beyond the 500 normal operating expense. So you regulars should chip in 20 bucks this time. I fell like a a cheep ass donating only 20, but you know not everyone will donate. For as much as I use this site and considering the enjoyment I get from it 20.00 is nothing.

I think that green meter for the donation goal is a great thing, I was waiting for it to get going!

I just hit it with a donation. Agree that it's a good thing to throw some the way of VDF - particularly with this new expense. For everything I get out of this forum, I find it to be a bargain!
