This is curious.
You're right: 'Meteor' was the (later) budget line of Meinl, made of brass.
But this one looks different as it has an additional stamp (moon and star) on it, which look very similar to the 'Stambul' or 'Dixie' line from Paiste.
Perhaps a pre-series cymbal of whatsoever? Is it made of brass or bronze?
