I have a few of these Ludwig large classic lugs that are broken as you can see in the picture. Is there any way to fix these or are they just garbage at this point?

Yep, take the parts out of the broken lugs, the spring, lug Insert, felt mounting screws,,, and chuck the lug casing or keep for a souvenir, Cast parts aren't repairable at least not to where they will hold up. they are stress cracks from over tightening.

Even if it was repairable, the repair would likely cost more in time & labor than the ten bucks you could spend for a brand new replacement lug.

make art not war
April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp
once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
