In search of a mid 80's 16" or 18" Tama Superstar Cherry Wine floor tom!

Hello Everyone,

I found a good deal on part of a Tama Superstar set a few days ago. I got a 16x24" bass drum and a 11x13" tom. The seller had sanded the floor tom and is going to paint it. I am not good with lacquering, so I decided to leave it. So I'm trying to track down an orphan. 16" or 18".

I have never owned any Tama drums, but I have to say that I am very impressed! I have always hated power Tom's, but if tuned well, they actually sound great. I think most of it was being appalled by hair metal. Set and setting I guess. Anyway, I like em.

I see those once and a while. I'm let you know if I come across any. I have a monster set in the maple finish. Great drums.

I love them. I missed an 18 on eBay last week or so. The price was a little high for the condition it was in. Seems like people are holding on to the old Superstars.
