Sorry if this isn't the right place. I saw this ad for old drum parts this morning, and thought the pieces looked obscure enough that someone on here might be searching.

The snare wires are for a Ludwig Super Sensitive. I'm stumped if those hoops are truly for a 16" snare drum! There's got to be someone here that knows!
So, after scouring catalogs at drumarchive.com, it appears these MIGHT be Gretsch hoops for a marching drum. They did offer 12x16 marching snare drums in the 50's. Again, I'm just making an educated guess here. Hope others can help out!
