Identifying this Ludwig snare

Can anyone help here? I know the blue and olive badge is generally associated with the 70's, but the number here doesn't seem to line up with the serial number guides, unless it's from 1970, which is listed as "Out of sequence/unnumbered".

The wrap is not original. I can't actually remember what it looked like before. This drum came to me almost 20 years ago. I was working in a drum shop and this was my first ever attempt at re-wrapping a drum. Spoiler alert: it did not go well.

The online Ludwig dating guides are incomplete. The most comprehensive information can be found in the "Serial Number Based Dating Guides for Vintage Ludwig Drums" by Richard Gier. Your badge is the 4th version of the blue/olive and was used ~'82-'84. It's hard to make out you serial number but 3000000 - 3140000 would be expected.
