I picked up a pretty ruined 24" CoW bass drum the other day... I'm cleaning it up as best I can just as a part of a junky beater set at the house. The thing has tension rods that I don't recognize and an aluminum rim that I also don't recognize... Is this slingerland?... If not what is it?

I know the drum is slingerland... Just trying to identify the rods and rim.
