Has anyone seen and can help date or identify the manufacturer of this cymbal?

Thanks!

His name was Kent - an industrious chap from Germany.

(sorry - could not resist)

Want to mention that it looks a great deal (lathing) like an old Camber. It could have been made by Meinl - who also made Cambers for some time.

What metal(s) do you suspect it is made of?

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

I have been researching Cambers for the better part of the last year and have learned that some of the Meinl made ones could have been B8. I have a pair of hats that fall into this category and they sound great.

These old Kents MAY actually sound good - but hard to tell without much info on them out there (like good vids and testimonies).
