Hi everyone, I have a Ludwig drum kit but the previous owner removed all of the badges from it, I bought it used from my local music store and I would like to know what kind of Ludwig this is, what year it was made in, type of wood used in the shells, etc. Thanks

It looks like a Ludwig Standard Model with a steel snare.
Those are Standard lugs...

Could be a late 80s Rocker kit. Below is a link to some Rocker brochures. I'd guess the toms are 4 ply and the kick is 5 or 6 ply. Maple and poplar are the reported woods for Rockers. I bet they sound good.

The 4 ply shells are usually clear inside and sound great .
Late 80’s and super classic shells if 4 ply.

Not a Standard. Something later and from the lower end of the spectrum (Pearl style mounts generally turn up on less expensive drums). I believe some of the Rocker II's used those mounts.
I've seen a kit exactly like mines, same color, for sale in the UK and the ad said that the drums were from the year 1985-1986
My bass drum hoop is wood, my snare is steel, I have clear laquer inside so this would be a rocker I and not a II? Since it's clear these drums should be made before ludwig moved production to taiwan
I could be wrong but my snare has the p85 throwoff?

That's not a P-85 throw off but an Asian made copy.
Rockers changed quite a bit through the years as far as what parts were used. The smooth "Standard" style lug was definitely used on some of them. There is a Rocker II set in the 1999 catalog using the Pearl style mounts but it has different lugs (fake hi tension lugs) so these would predate that set.
