I found an 18" Zyn at a garage sale...

Scored it for $10. They were clearing out a whole stack of old stuff and this was in a box somewhere, turned inside out... so I grabbed it as a practice cymbal. I got it home and turned it right way out, then noticed the Zyn stamp, with "made in England" underneath.

It may not be worth much but it will go nicely with the Prems.

Nice find. How does it sound? I love my Super-Zyn cymbals. I've never played a regular Zyn or 2 star Zyn. I've owned a 5 star Super Zyn 18" and I didn't like it. It was too heavy. The only reason I had it was because I bought it from a seller who had it listed as a Super-Zyn and not a 5 Star Super-Zyn which is what it was.

I am to understand the Zyn cymbals are some sort of nickle silver alloy? Can you confirm or deny these rumors? ;)

Enjoy!
