Never got a really good look but it appears that there are six lugs per head on the bass drum. Therefore I don't think that's Gretsch. With those Sennheiser 421s on vocals (for this obviously mimed performance) I'm thinking this clip is of European origin and the "prop" drums might be some European brand as well.

At 041/042 you get a good look at the tom, it has a diamond plate and what looks like two big damper knobs between the lugs. It's TV so it's tracked for sure.

I can't think of a European maker with Diamond tom plates. That's why Gretsch came to mind.
