How to remove a drum badge?

There are numerous threads about drum badge grommets. Removal and installing. I use a carbide burr bit in a angle die grinder. It is effortless and does a prefect job every time. That $40 grommet tool is worth its weight in gold as far as Im concerned, if you know excatly how to use it. I use an impact wrench to install mine, check this out

That burr bit set cost about $250 from snap on and the angle die grinder was pretty cheap from habour freight tools. I think it was about 29 or 39. But i use these tool at work so I had em anyway.
