I have a super clean '62 Ludwig silver sparkle kit that I'm planning on eBaying. My question is, should I leave the beat up original heads on it or buy new ones? It's the two toms I'm wondering about as the bass drum heads are still clean and usable. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'd leave the old heads on the drums and price the kit accordingly. That is, don't invest in new heads that add cost to a buyer who might prefer a different type of head.
Ditto... let the buyer pick new heads..
Clorox soft scrub does an amazing job cleaning up heads if you just need to make them more presentable for photos. (take them off the drum for cleaning!) ;)
