I can't tell enough about the repair from the photos to be sure it is a good repair job, so that adds some uncertainty on what the expected price might be. If the extra "washer" shaped piece was glued in then that's a good repair and won't harm the B20 by overheating. If the washer was attached by some process involving heat...not so good.

How much you personally should bid depends on

how experienced you are with old Ks

how experienced you are with damaged/repaired cymbals

how rich you are

how much you want it.

Sorry about the messy fields and spacing. The copy/paste function doesn't get it right. Note that -3 for bids means auction ended early (may have been sold off eBay or to the highest offer and we don't know the price).

In my condition notes "munted" means damaged. It's a local slang term.

We believe that price wise the factors are

thin is in = higher price (certainly for rides)

old stamps get more than intermediates and new stamps

an unknown factor if you are in Europe rather than the USA (more expensive?)

a factor depending on who the seller is (some command higher prices)

Although I've got more sales data than I've dumped here it isn't yet in the database. Even this stuff isn't fully cleaned up.

Eyeballing the intermediate and new stamp sales I'd say $350 is the maximum I'd bid. That's because of the uncertainty of the repair. If the hole wasn't damaged then maybe $400.

The repair is soldered.

350 dollar would be around 270 euro. That's way beyond my budget especially considering the fact that I'm a pretty hard hitter. I'm afraid I'll break it, it presumably allready had a rough life.

I hadn't translated the auction page so I didn't notice the "soldered".

Why not just put an offer of EUR85 if your budget goes to that? If somebody else bids higher, then they get it. If nobody else bids you might get it at a nice low price.

Wondering if that repair job is reliable. If not - not worth much of anything at all.
