Hoop mounted rail type tom holder

I am looking for a hoop mounted rail type tom mount like the one in the photo i have attatched.

Let me know if you have one.

I know that feeling! theres a flat base Ludwig HH stand on my shop that Ive been missing for at least 2 years! Ill find it someday!
