Road has been good. Last month and this month are light show wise, which is good are there were some high tensions in November. Then again three shows with thanksgiving in the middle will do that. We were out in Washington State for five days in July. Then we went to the midwest, flew into Chicago and then drove to play in Iowa,Wisconsin & Michigan. Drove through Minnesota, crossed the Mississippi River twice, flew back out from Chicago. Then a week after that we spent five days out in Put In bay Ohio which is in Lake Erie. Did a lot of shows in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York. So a lot of weekend runs around here. been good, but I can say not everyone would like the road.Long hours, long drives, not a lot of sleep or personal time. But I have a blast and love it. Looking forward to going to even more new places this year. I think I added about 7/8 new states to my list of one's I have been to. The Washington trip was fun and funny. The band rented a lot of gear out there and just brought Guitars,Keys,Basses. The drummer didn't even bring his cymbals, pedal or snare. So you had six guys ( only one other road guy was with me ) and all the gear in a van. We had to take out seats and leave them at the gear rental place, lol. Most of my view was road cases, and the drummer to my right.

It's a beautiful state, it was actually my first time in Washington and on the pacific coast. Worked out too as I have a bunch of friends who moved out that way. One who I hadn't seen in four years.

Reminds me of the good old days lol!
April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp
once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
