One thing is for sure, it wont get skull stickers and end up in a death metal band.
I think the only thing that keeps a lot of us from "chest thumping" snare drums is being able to afford them.

I sold one 8-10 years ago for $6,500.Bun E sold his for $8,500...around the same time....
I think Bun E. got a tad more than 8500.00....I remember the one you had.

Why do you say that?...it's a high end, rare snare drum (only 14 known to be in existence) that very few can afford and your "thumping chest" and "Totally preposterous" comments, although it is within your right to express, shows your ignorance and a definite lack of understanding. Mike Curotto
And don't mention "hoarding"! Laughing H
You can mention whatever you like...LoLoLoLo

Hey Mike, it's a funny thing... I know you have a room(s) somewhere that has to be wall to wall drums. I don't consider that 'hoarding'. Switch the phrase 'house full of drums' to, 'house full of cats' and all of a sudden it becomes a sad problem. LOL
Eye of the beholder!

only 14 of them? goddamn.
it's a part of our heritage. that's alot of money, but personally i've never met a cat with a collection like that that doesn't seriously love the instrument. and is going to preserve it as it should be preserved. a price tag like that just keeps out the goons like me.
