Hi Blair, thought someone would have answered by now.

I've got a 60' RB snare, when I get a chance today I'll pull the top head off

and get a measurement for you.

Holes measure 2 and 1/8 inches centre to centre.

I was wondering the same thing..

Just got recently,6 MIJ 1960's Gretsch copy lugs off a pretty trashed snare...

Center hole to center hole........almost 2" on the nose.....

Has been warm here the last couple of weeks, but this week it's cooled down

Temps are only about 27/28 C which is perfect.
