Look on your local craigslist for some sabian B8 or zildjian ZBT Or Paiste PST 3 Hi hats.

The best HHs that can sometimes convince you to keep them into your rotation - that won't break the bank - are Paiste 502s (the 502 plus, newer generation of the 502s).

In the right context, they sound great. Point is, it makes practicing that much more enjoyable when you play something that is somewhat decent.

Another honorable mention - Paiste 400s
