Hi Oddball,

Just wanted to let you know that the actual size of the clutch is 100mm across.

We've designed it to leave enough room so that you can still strike the bell. Based on feedback we've received, a lot of drummers find most drop clutches hard to hit because of the small target - we've made the Coady Clutch using a circular design so you'll never miss a single strike again.

Hope that answers some of the questions you've had. Feel free to visit our website, www.billdidit.ca or contact us at any time.

I've seen a demonstration of the protoype at a drum festival, then tried it out for myself, and from what i've seen it's a really cool tool. Great idea if your into that sort of thing. Works great. Clapping Happy2
