Help with shipping from India.

I'm reaching out to VDF as a last resort to above problem.For nearly 3 months now i've a 30th/40th Tama "Artwod/Mastercraft" rosewood 14x6.5 anniversary re-issue snare drum sitting in a parcel locker.The problem is the Indian based business/company both have blocked each&every attempt by then DHL&now UPS to hand over my drum.They cite excess weight(it only weighs 9.5kg!),

Driver NOT arriving,

Exceeds "customs value" (INR 55911).I'm hoping that there's ANYONE/SOMEONE who is able/can etc/willing to assist/help me?,

That's horrible.... Hope it gets sorted,, should be worth the hassle....

( I have the original from '84 ).. an amazing drum, so very versatile..
