Looks like a 60's stamp but we need more pics of both whole cymbals to see the lathing/hammer marks more clearly.

The quirks match the 1.5" tall 1960s stamp.

The hammering and lathing match the middle to late 60s. The link below is specifically about 14" New Beats but it gives examples of hammering and lathing. Yours might be a New Beat pair if the bottom is noticeably heavier, otherwise the pair would just be called "matched". Weights for matched pairs are basically the weights of tops for that production era.

I do believe 1 is heavier then the other so your assessment of NEW BEAT stamp: 60s or 70s seems to be them

Also Only the 1 cymbal has the stamp
