Amtrax and DXP also have those same lugs. From Taiwan and China, respectively. I have a bass drum like that somewhere...

Owned by Glen Quan from south San Francisco.

Purveyor of the Leo Quan badass bass bridge.

Had to get out of the drum business because he was allergic to sawdust.

The motto of ROC was you got a LOT of drums for the money.
