Help ID estate Slingerland 12" tom

(I hope this isn't a repost...I thought I posted this already but can't find it.)

Any help appreciated. Please let me know if I should post different pic's.

That particular 12" tom appears to be a 14" marching snare drum.

Diameter... is 14"... looks to be around 1968 production.. Nice drum
