Early/mid 80's. Snare is not Slingerland. Quality drums but tonally different from earlier Slingerlands due to differences in the bearing edges. Other members have said it: If you are looking for the vintage Slingerland vibe these may not do it for you.

Those are just serial numbers on the badges and as such they do not contain any coded information about the drum. The numbers can give a ballpark idea as to when a drum was made but beyond that aren't of any practical use except as a way to ID a particular drum to the exclusion of any other for insurance or other purposes.
